Family Ties is an e-Newsletter for parents and family members of all WashU undergraduate students and is sent monthly during the academic year. Parents and family members of incoming first-year students will receive Family Ties over the summer prior to their student’s arrival on campus. Family Ties focuses its content around topics regarding student life on campus that family members might find pertinent to the time of year that the publication is released. The goal of Family Ties is to provide families with information they can’t read about in other campus publications.

Students should update their parent and family contact information in WebSTAC so parents and family members can receive university emergency notifications, Family Ties, and stay engaged with what is happening in the WashU community.
