We look forward to partnering with you throughout your student’s WashU experience.

Prospective students

WashU is for those who want more than a degree; our students are pushing the boundaries of what it means to learn.

First-year students

We know there is a great deal to think about as your student and your family transition to WashU. We have compiled important information for you to help prepare for move-in.

Parent & Family Orientation

Parent & Family Orientation is a time for you to make connections with administrators and fellow parents and families while learning more about the WashU community.

International students

An international student is considered to be an individual who is enrolled full-time in a degree or non-degree program at a U.S. university or college and holds a temporary nonimmigrant visa.

Transfer students

Student Transitions & Family Programs is pleased to welcome your new transfer student and your family to WashU.
We serve as a primary contact for supporting both your transfer student and family in the transition to the university.
